Cancellation Policy
The deposit placed once booked is non refundable and will go towards your balance.
Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period for LASH SERVICES and a 10 minute grace period for BROW SERVICES. After that your appointment will get canceled. Please advise me through insta DM/Text if you need to reschedule or cancel. I’m very accommodating and understand that some things are out of our control but please respect my time. If failed to cancel before the 24 hours I will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
NO CALL NO SHOW leads to not being able to book again and I will be charging the 50% cancellation fee
